Avel Pigment Colouring Cream deeply dyes smooth leather, restoring its original beauty and shine. It is specially formulated for renewing leather that has aged over time and can be used to restore leather in its original colour.

This cream uses techniques similar to those applied in tanneries to finish leather, ensuring professional-quality results. Easy to apply, it revives the leather’s original finish in the same shade, effectively removing discolourations, scratches, and cracks.

Suitable for all smooth leathers: furniture, sofas, desk tops, car interiors, luggage, and more.

Colour Selection
Choose a colour that matches or is slightly darker than your leather. For marbled leathers, select the lightest colour in the area to be treated.

Surface Preparation
To ensure optimal absorption, clean and open the pores of the leather using Leather Rejuvenator Soap (code: 400).

If the leather has oily stains or dirt (e.g., dark marks from sebum where the head rests), clean it with Hussard® Stain Remover Aerosol (code: 4223).
For biro marks, use Hussard® Ball Pen Remover (code: 4230).

Application

Shake the container thoroughly.
Test on an inconspicuous area first to confirm colour accuracy and absorption.
Apply Pigment Colouring Cream with a soft, lint-free cloth, working in small sections and massaging the leather to avoid excess product. Be sure to treat the seams as well.
Allow the leather to dry for 3 hours.
Repeat if needed.

Finishing
Set the Pigment Colouring Cream with Pigment Fixation Cream (ref.4705) for a lasting finish.

We recommend applying it with a sponge.
